Health screening 

Yes our puppies are beautiful but are they healthy ?All of our puppies have been bred from health tested parents.Our cavaliers are DNA tested clear for CC,DE,EF they have a heart check up every year and are clear of PRA on the BVA scheme.Our chosen stud dogs are also checked for hereditary conditions.Proof of these certificates are given to all new owners in their puppy packs.This means our beautiful pups are genetically clear of these conditions.Before leaving for their new homes all of our puppies will have been thoroughly examined by our vet this includes their gait, bite, hernias and hearts.Their vet cards with proof of examination is also provided in each puppy pack.

Breeding ethics

We consider ourselves to be ethical breeders .Our females are bred between the ages of 18months and 8 years they will each have a maximum of four litters and a break of at least twelve months between each litter .Our puppies are always bred in our family home in a warm and suitable area.We begin weaning once the puppies reach around four weeks with a liquid puppy meal and we always practice 'gradual weaning' .Our puppies are handled regularly and we are always mindful not to over handle them as this can lead to needy adults.Lots of enrichment is offered as they grow and house training is started as soon as possible with puppy pads and outdoor visits (depending on age and weather).All our puppies leave for their new homes with their own puppy packs filled with useful information, vet cards, health checks for both parents , birth certificate, health records for treatments, sales contract and free insurance.
